Berberis thunbergii f. atropurpurea 'Rose Glow'
Common name: Japanese barberry
Subtle and elegant, deciduous shrub has tiny bell-shaped yellow flowers in Spring. It has variegated purple, red and pink round and mottled leaves, and has orange/red autumn colouration.
It likes sun, well drained soil and is happy in acid (ericaceous), alkaline or neutral soil. It is frost hardy.
