Luxuriant, deciduous perennial (herbaceous) has loose cones of frothy scented white flowers in Summer. It has green glossy divided foliage.

It likes sun or part shade, not overdry, takes damp to wet soil and is happy in acid (ericaceous), alkaline or neutral soil. It is frost hardy.

Height & spread 0.50m x 0.60m.
