Yes these come with cushions but does not include the scatter cushions.

Can the cushions covers come off to be washed, as I haven’t found any that can be removed, I don’t understand if not, why not

Petan is made from a combination of raw polyethylene and eco-friendly colourants to ensure a hard wearing & stylish weave.
